1. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction

We strive for a "World of Clean." If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to your property within one business day to re-clean the disputed area at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value our cleaners' time and the schedules of our other clients.

• 48-Hour      Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours      in advance incur no fee.
• Late      Cancellation (24–48 hours): Cancellations made within this window will      be subject to a $50 fee.
• Same-Day      Cancellation / Lock-out: If we are unable to access the property or      the service is cancelled on the day of the appointment, the client will be      charged 50% of the total service cost.

3. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property. This can be via a hidden key, keypad code, or a person present to let the team in. If we are locked out, the "Same-Day Cancellation" fee will apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Residential:     Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise      agreed. We accept [Credit Cards/Zelle/Check].
• Commercial/Janitorial:     Invoices are sent [Weekly/Monthly] and are due within 15 days (Net 15).      A late fee of 5% may be applied to balances unpaid after 30 days.

5. Safety and Liability

• Hazardous      Materials: Our teams are not trained to clean up biohazardous      materials (blood, mold, animal waste).
• Heavy      Lifting: For the safety of our staff, cleaners will not move furniture      weighing over 35 lbs.
• Breakage/Damage:     While we treat your property with extreme care, accidents happen. DFW      Mundus Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. Please report any      damage within 24 hours.

6. Solicitation of Staff

Clients agree not to solicit or hire any DFW Mundus Cleaning staff members for private work outside of our company for a period of 12 months following their last service date
